Arches in Colombia is seeking a Client Solutions Associate to connect US clients with top experts. You will identify ideal expert profiles based on project requirements and expertise, source candidates across platforms, and vet them before connecting with clients.

In this role, you will manage outreach and interview scheduling, building relationships for future collaborations while engaging senior professionals daily.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills for daily talks with senior professionals.
• Good attention to detail for accurate expert matching.
• 0-2 years of work experience.
• Comfortable working with US clients (early morning meetings may be required).
• Experience with LinkedIn and basic research tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand client project needs and identify ideal expert profiles.
• Source ideal expert profiles across platforms (LinkedIn, local platforms, internal databases, networks).
• Reach out to experts by phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to invite them to consult for clients.
