Job summary

RS2 is seeking a Business Support Analyst – Client Focus to join the team in Bogotá. This hybrid role combines business analysis, client relationship management, service delivery and production support responsibilities.

You will manage the full client lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution implementation through to post-go-live support and service delivery. During implementation, you will work with clients and internal teams to gather business requirements, coordinate change

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Card Payments.
• Experience in business requirements gathering and definition.
• Strong SQL skills and data analysis abilities.
• Ability to facilitate remote and on-site client meetings; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for changes and enhancements.
• Coordinate delivery activities, testing, UAT, and release management processes.
• Support solution configuration, validation, and implementation activities.
• Be the primary contact for production incidents, service requests, and escalations.
• Ensure timely resolution of client-raised issues per SLAs.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous service improvement.
