Auxis is seeking a CoE Analyst for the Mosaic Infrastructure Managed Services engagement, spanning ~60 sites across the United States, Canada, Brazil, Peru and Paraguay. The role emphasizes documentation, process governance, and cross-country coordination to support IT service transitions.

The analyst will build SOPs, inventories, and dashboards, validate environment data, and assist onboarding and ongoing reporting, working with multiple stakeholders in a global setup.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field.
• 2+ years in IT operations support, service management, PMO, or similar analyst role.
• Strong documentation and information organization skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work with technical stakeholders across multiple countries.

Responsabilidades

• Be an active part of the transition phase: capture and organize knowledge from the client and incumbent provider.
• Build and maintain the project's documentation library (SOPs, inventories, network/site documentation).
• Validate and reconcile environment data (sites, devices, servers, applications, circuits).
• Support onboarding of new team members with orientation materials.
• Produce recurring reports and dashboards (SLA/KPI, volume trends, transition status).
• Track continuous improvement initiatives through to closure.
• Support the ITSM Manager and delivery leads with process documentation and quality checks.
• Coordinate logistics for governance meetings (agendas, minutes, action tracking).

Are you passionate about documentation, operational structure, and being a key player in global IT service transition projects? Join Auxis as a CoE Analyst for our new Mosaic Infrastructure Managed Services engagement, a multi-country project spanning ~60 sites across the United States, Canada, Brazil, Peru, and Paraguay.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain the project's documentation library (SOPs, inventories, network/site documentation).
• Validate and reconcile environment data (sites, devices, servers, applications, circuits).
• Support onboarding of new team members with orientation materials.
• Produce recurring reports and dashboards (SLA/KPI, volume trends, transition status).

What we're looking for:

Nice to have:

• ITIL Foundation certification or familiarity with ITIL concepts.
• Experience supporting an IT transition, service takeover, or outsourcing program.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow (or similar) and Power BI.
• Experience in a managed/shared services environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese (a plus).
