Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in Carrier Sales, Freight Brokerage, Logistics Sales, or a similar role.
• Experience working with U.S. transportation or freight operations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience sourcing and booking carriers is highly valued.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Source, qualify, and build relationships with carriers and drivers.
• Negotiate rates and secure capacity for available loads.
• Coordinate with carriers throughout the load process.
• Track pickups, deliveries, and shipment status.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure loads are covered efficiently.
• Maintain accurate information and follow up with carriers to resolve issues.
