Ideals is seeking a Business Development Manager / Enterprise Account Executive in Bogota, Colombia to drive new logo acquisition and expand existing enterprise relationships across industries. You will own a quota-carrying sales process, navigate 6 to 9 month cycles, and articulate a compelling ROI to C-suite stakeholders.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, MEDDIC/Challenger frameworks, and collaboration with Product and Marketing to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals.
• Experience selling to CXO level executives.
• Strong consultative selling methodologies (MEDDIC/SPIN/Challenger).
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage pipeline for new enterprise accounts.
• Lead solution-based sales meetings with executives.
• Upsell and cross-sell within existing customers.
• Develop business cases with ROI and costs of inaction.
• Negotiate and close complex enterprise deals.
• Navigate enterprise politics with C-suite stakeholders.
