Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in legal intake, paralegal work, auto insurance, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional English proficiency (C1/C2) and fluent Spanish are required.
• Strong sales, persuasion, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to convert inbound leads into clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from prospective personal injury clients
• Evaluate potential cases and determine eligibility for legal representation

Weekday Shifts (PST) — 7 Openings:

• Monday – Friday (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM PST): 2 spots
• Monday – Friday (11:30 AM – 8:00 PM PST): 5 spots
• Sunday – Thursday (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM PST): 1 spot
• Sunday – Thursday (11:30 AM – 8:30 PM PST): 1 spot
