Job summary

Atrevido Partners is seeking an experienced bilingual legal intake specialist to convert web leads into signed cases. You will call new leads within minutes, qualify them, and transfer strong workers' comp and personal injury cases live to our attorneys.

If you have PI or workers' comp intake experience and can contribute from day one, we'd love to talk. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, and comfortable outbound calling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of law firm intake experience in personal injury and/or workers' comp.
• Fluent, professional English and Spanish.
• Experience with intake software such as Lead Docket, Clio Grow, Law Ruler, Filevine, or similar.
• Comfortable with fast-paced outbound calling.
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset.
• Available 9:00 am - 5:00 pm US Eastern time, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Call new web leads within minutes of submission, then follow up on a set schedule by phone and SMS.
• Screen callers against workers' comp and PI case criteria, including the injury, who was at fault, insurance coverage, timelines, and whether they already have a lawyer.
• Warm-transfer qualified leads live to our attorneys.
• Log every call and outcome accurately in our intake CRM.
• Give Spanish-speaking callers the same care and depth as English-speaking ones.
