The role requires making 300+ calls daily, qualifying homeowners, and scheduling consultations. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in sales, be fluent in English, and be comfortable with high call volumes. Formación

• 1+ year experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales.
• Fluent English and Spanish (strong advantage).
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Make 300+ outbound calls daily using a power dialer.
• Qualify homeowners and book 2–4 appointments per day.
• Accurately log activities and notes in CRM systems.

Conocimientos

Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent

1+ year experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales

Strong objection handling skills

High work ethic and consistency in hitting performance metrics
