Job summary

Valatam is hiring a Logistics & Operations Assistant to support a growing company in a fast-paced, remote environment. This 100% remote, full-time position requires independent multitasking across Operations, Billing, and Customer Communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include data entry, CRM updates, timely customer inquiries, scheduling, and documentation to keep operations running smoothly. A Bachelor's or Associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 2-5 years in operations, admin support, or customer-facing roles.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Familiar with CRM/ERP or order management systems.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Quiet home office with stable internet.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor admin tasks across departments within timelines.
• Maintain data entry and update CRM/internal records.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries via email and chat.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation for operations.
• Keep customer files organized and accessible at all times.
• Prepare clear, error-free customer-facing documentation and reports.
• Identify issues or delays and escalate appropriately.
• Other related tasks as needed.
