Job summary

RelisLaw Visa Immigration is seeking a dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients during evenings and weekends. The role covers roughly 30 hours per week with shifts 5:00 PM–8:00 PM ET on weekdays and 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET on weekends, serving US or English-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Based in the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, or Colombia.
• C2-level English (native-like fluency). EF SET score 71+ required.
• Experience in reception/front desk/customer service, ideally serving US or English-speaking clients.
• Reliable, punctual, and available for the full schedule above.
• Familiar with Google Workspace, scheduling software, CRM and phone systems.
• Stable high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls, messages, and emails promptly and professionally.
• Greet clients and handle inquiries with warmth and clarity.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Keep client records and our calendar up to date.
• Take accurate messages and escalate urgent matters to the team.
• Support basic admin tasks as needed.
