Avrek Law Firm is seeking a bilingual Personal Injury Intake Virtual Assistant to join our remote intake team in Colombia. You will be the first point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking clients, handling calls, gathering case information, and documenting details in our CRM.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in both languages, demonstrates empathy, and can manage multiple conversations while maintaining accurate records. A reliable home office and strong internet are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent Spanish and English writing, grammar, and comprehension.
• Experience in legal intake, personal injury, customer service, call center, or similar phone-based role.
• Strong listening, questioning, and conversational skills.
• Ability to multitask while speaking with clients and documenting information.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Experience using CRM, case management, and communication software.

Aufgaben

• Initiate phone calls to prospective Spanish and English-speaking clients.
• Conduct initial intake interviews and gather detailed information about potential personal injury cases.
• Build rapport with prospective clients while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Ask appropriate questions regarding accidents, injuries, treatment, insurance, and other relevant case information.
• Accurately document client information and intake notes in the firm's case management/CRM system.
• Follow established intake procedures and scripts while maintaining a natural conversational style.
• Follow up with prospective clients when necessary.
• Protect confidential and sensitive client information.
• Work closely with the firm's intake and legal teams.
