Job summary

CoreBridge Solutions seeks a Spanish bilingual Legal Intake Specialist – Weekend Shift to support client intake operations for U.S. law firms specializing in personal injury cases.

You will gather accurate information, assess case eligibility, and assist a smooth intake process, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients. The role offers flexible scheduling with weekend 8-hour shifts and potential additional weekday hours, requiring strong communication and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Prior experience with U.S. law firms is highly preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• C1 English certification or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Experience with personal injury law is advantageous.
• Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Client Intake and Assessment: Answer new intake calls and follow up on pending leads promptly and professionally; Conduct intake interviews in Spanish and English; Document all relevant case details accurately and completely; Evaluate and qualify potential personal injury cases based on the law firm’s intake criteria; Provide a professional, empathetic, and client-focused experience during every interaction.
