Job summary

Admiral Communities is seeking an experienced bilingual Property Manager to oversee Woodland Village, a manufactured housing community in Columbia, Tennessee. This on-site role requires strong organization, reliability, and the ability to communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking residents and applicants.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with professional verbal and written communication.
• Experience in property management, residential leasing, or a similar housing operations role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, property management software, and mobile apps.
• Ability to work on-site and conduct routine walking inspections.

Responsibilities

• Show available homes and conduct tours; follow up with prospective residents.
• Process applications; coordinate move-ins and move-outs; maintain leasing records.
• Monitor rent payments; deliver notices; maintain resident files in Rent Manager.
• Walk the community; identify maintenance issues; coordinate repairs with staff and contractors.
