Admiral Communities in Columbia, TN is seeking a highly organized Property Manager to lead operations at our office. You will build relationships with residents, enforce rules, and handle day-to-day property management tasks with accountability and pride.

The role requires 5 years of property management experience, bilingual Spanish, and proficiency with Rent Manager, Gmail, and Microsoft Office. We offer competitive hourly pay, bonuses, PTO after 90 days, holidays, and a 401(k).

Mansioni

• Collect rent and home payments.
• Enforce company rules and Fair Housing compliance.
• Provide notices for late rent and violations.
• Appear in court for evictions when required.
• Oversee maintenance and schedule move-ins/outs.
• Advertise and show homes to prospective tenants.
• Walkthrough vacant homes with maintenance for repairs.
