Gallagher is hiring a Bilingual HR Representative to act as the first point of contact for employees, handling calls and HR tickets with accuracy and care. You will support inquiries, use HR systems, and escalate where necessary, contributing to a positive employee experience.

The role requires superb English and French skills, a high school diploma, and a focus on organization, discretion, and professional communication in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, clear support to employees via calls and HR tickets.
• Respond to inquiries using established HR procedures and resources.
• Research account information in HR systems to assist inquiries.
• Document requests, actions, and outcomes clearly.
• Track routine issues through the ticketing system and escalate when needed.
• Escalate complex questions per protocols.
• Build HR knowledge by completing standard tasks and learning from guidance and feedback.
