Ubiquity in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a customer service professional who places customers first and manages call interactions with a focus on satisfaction. You will identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide accurate solutions with empathy.

The role requires excellent verbal and written English and French, a high school diploma, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekend or holiday shifts.

• Intermediate proficiency with PC navigation while providing exceptional customer service.
• Reads/writes/speaks English in a business environment (85%–90%).
• Reads/writes/speaks French in a business environment (85%–90%).
