Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting HR programs or related operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with HR systems and processing transactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
• Customer-focused mindset with confidentiality.
• Strong English and French communication skills.
• Fast learner; adaptable to new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee requests with professionalism and care.
• Support onboarding and the employee lifecycle with timely guidance.
• Process transactions in Oracle ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide first-level support for HR tools and processes.
• Document activity and track work in the ticketing system.
• Identify improvements to HR processes and employee experience.
• Prepare reports and maintain HR records and communications.
• Support recruitment, staffing, employee relations, and training as needed.
