Job summary

Fusion CX is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in Medellín, Colombia, to support high-volume HR operations and employee lifecycle processes in a dynamic customer experience environment.

The role partners with leaders across functions to ensure policy compliance, employee relations, onboarding and performance support, while fostering a positive workplace culture and strong engagement initiatives. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of HR Generalist experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience supporting high-volume teams or shared services operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and labor compliance processes.
• Experience in BPO, customer service, or operations-driven industries preferred.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support employees and managers across day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Manage onboarding, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and offboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
• Partner with Operations and Recruitment teams to support workforce planning and hiring needs.
• Assist with performance management initiatives and employee development programs.
• Drive employee engagement activities to improve morale, retention, and workplace experience.
• Maintain accurate HR records, tracking attendance, attrition reports, and headcount data.
• Conduct HR policy orientations, training sessions, and compliance awareness activities.
• Address employee concerns, conduct investigations when required, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations and employee experience processes.

About the Role
