Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. seeks a Bilingual HR Specialist in Medellín to provide clear, compassionate support across HR programs, systems, and employee inquiries, from onboarding through daily questions.

You will process employee transactions in Oracle, support onboarding and lifecycle events, and assist with recruitment, records, and compliance as needed. Advanced English and French are required; a high school diploma is enough to start.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience supporting HR programs, processes, operations, or a related field.
• Experience with HR systems and processing employee transactions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to employee requests with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle with timely guidance and information.
• Process employee transactions in Oracle, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide first-level HR tools, processes, programs, and routine inquiries support.
• Resolve routine issues, document activity, and track work through the ticketing system.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows, and the employee experience.
• Prepare reports and maintain employee records, policy materials, and HR communications as needed.
• Support HR functions such as recruitment, staffing, employee records, relations, compensation, training, and compliance as needed.
