Room4 Media is seeking a fully bilingual Creative Project Manager to join our team in Bogotá. The role is full-time with hybrid work and requires at least 3 years of experience in a creative/digital/marketing agency environment.

You will lead projects from start to finish, craft briefs, manage budgets and timelines, and supervise in-house and remote design/video teams while maintaining strong client relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Excellent English communication is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage projects from start to finish.
• Write briefs and develop creative concepts.
• Create and manage production estimates, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage in-house and remote designers and video production team.
• Schedule meetings with internal teams or external resources to review progress.
• Prioritize projects and changes in real time.
• Obtain quotations from outsourced services and suppliers.
• Leverage project management tools.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Organize and attend client meetings.
• Handle day-to-day client requests and questions.
• Ensure production team and suppliers meet all contracts and delivery obligations.
