Kaplan International Languages is seeking a Junior Client Executive fluent in Spanish and English to grow business with Latin American agents. You will work with Kaplan language schools and study abroad agents, managing bookings, referrals, and customer support.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for expanding international education opportunities. This role is based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Formación

• 2–5 years related experience.
• Hungry for new deals and opportunities to drive growth.
• Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working with English and Spanish speakers.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in administrative processes and maintain policies and referrals.
• Handle administrative requests from Account and Regional managers.
• Systematically manage agent bookings in Spanish and English.
• Build relationships with agents and our customer services team.
• Utilize Salesforce and internal systems to manage bookings and referrals.
• Address challenges, resolve complaints, and provide ongoing support.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prepare quotes and develop relationships with partners.
• Support the Account and Regional Manager for the region.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Kaplan International products.
