Kaplan International Languages in Bogotá, Colombia, seeks a Junior Client Executive who is a native Spanish speaker with fluent English to grow business with study abroad agents in Latin America. You will develop relationships, manage bookings, and use Salesforce and internal systems.

The role requires 2–5 years in related fields, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills to meet KPIs and support the Account and Regional Managers.

Formación

• Requires 2–5 years related experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English (B2–C1).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in administrative processes, update policies and procedures, referrals, payments, database.
• Handle administrative requests from Account and Regional managers.
• Systematically and proactively manage agent bookings in Spanish and English.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and our customer services team.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM and internal systems to manage bookings and referrals.
• Resolve complaints and escalate issues to line managers as needed.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and drive sales targets.
• Manage sales pipeline to achieve team goals and develop quotes for partners.
• Support the Account and Regional Manager for the region.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Kaplan International products.
