DOXA Talent is seeking a HR Coordinator in Colombia to support recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and People Team initiatives. This role will maintain recruitment records, coordinate candidate experiences, assist with payroll processes, and contribute to culture and training activities.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year HR experience, strong English, and comfort working with ATS, learning systems, and AI-enabled tools.

Formación

• Education in HR, BA, Psychology or related field preferred; equivalent HR experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1 year HR experience with direct exposure to recruiting.
• Experience scheduling and coordinating meetings across multiple calendars/time zones; maintaining records; working with multiple systems, including an ATS.
• Excellent verbal English; ability to host live calls with candidates and new hires; meticulous data handling.
• Proactive problem solving, sound judgment, and comfortable giving feedback, including to more senior staff; tech-savvy and AI-ready.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the ATS: post/repost jobs, respond to inquiries.
• Host live screens and recruiting conversations; schedule interviews for open requisitions.
• Maintain recruitment tracker; keep funnel data current and flag stalled candidates.
• Prepare and file new hire paperwork; complete background checks; support I-9 compliance.
• Coordinate new hire swag and first-week logistics.
• Host onboarding meetings for new hires; provide first live introduction to the company.
• Enter new hires into payroll and relevant systems.
• Review onboarding survey results; schedule check-ins and follow-ups.
• Coordinate company-wide recognition, connection, and culture activities.
• Support People Team events planning and execution.
• Provide LMS administration: account setup, passwords, enrollments.
• Welcome new hires to LMS during onboarding; introduce culture and systems.
• Produce training content with latest software and AI methodologies.
