Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking a compassionate bilingual caregiver to provide one-on-one support for two seniors in a shared home in Colombia. You will communicate in Spanish and English to keep clients safe, independent, and comfortable, while delivering care with empathy.

The role offers 4 hours per visit, Monday through Friday, at $18 per hour, plus a retention bonus program up to $1,800 over 90 days. Training, flexible scheduling, and family-focused support accompany this position.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass a background check and drug test.

Retention Bonus Opportunity

Earn up to $1,800 in retention bonuses:

• $300 at 30 days
• $600 at 60 days
• $900 at 90 days

Retention bonuses require employment in good standing and a minimum of 20 hours worked per week.
