Auxis is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure efficient processing of payables and related transactions, including vendor invoicing and payments. The role also supports migration efforts to the Costa Rica Service Center.

Candidates should have bilingual English/Spanish skills, a solid accounting foundation, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. You will collaborate with purchasing and receiving and aid in audits and compliance.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting education a plus.
• Proficient with accounting software and MS Excel.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).

Responsabilidades

• Process and code invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review invoices for documentation and approvals.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process payment batches (checks, wires, electronic payments).
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve balances.
• Maintain organized financial records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• Collaborate with purchasing and receiving for approvals.
• Respond to inquiries regarding accounts payable.
• Assist in development of AP policies and controls.
• Participate in audits and provide documentation.
• Stay updated on best practices and regulations.
