Coupa Software in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking an Account Development Representative to qualify inbound leads and build a sales pipeline across the Spanish-Speaking Americas. You will be the first line of engagement with prospective customers, qualifying inbound leads and building pipeline in partnership with sales and marketing.

You will engage executives, conduct high-volume outreach, and maintain Salesforce records to ensure monthly results.

Formación

• 1–2 years of software or inside sales experience with proven success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; comfortable engaging executives at mid-to-large enterprises (Fortune 1000).
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills; proven ability to exceed KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects to build Sales pipeline.
• Engage C-level and Director contacts to identify pain points and fit.
• Partner with marketing and Sales on targeted campaigns and account planning.
• Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social channels.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and deliver consistent monthly results.
• Represent Coupa through product demos and virtual/in-person events.
