cnx is seeking a Specialist, Sales Development - Bilingual to engage customers, articulate value, and drive contract renewals. The role emphasizes outbound outreach and collaboration with the Sales Manager to forecast pipelines.

Based in Bogota, Colombia, the candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish, proficient with CRM, and capable of managing high volumes of calls and emails daily while maintaining accurate data in the CRM.

Formación

• Experience in sales or customer success preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to forecast weekly/monthly/quarterly sales.
• Strong product knowledge and technical understanding.
• Experience with contracts and renewals.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate value of products/services and forecast sales.
• Manage high volume of customer contacts via phone and email (outbound).
• Lead qualification and lead conversion.
• Renew contracts and retain customers.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure accuracy.
