Formación

• 5+ years in a sales role.
• 3+ years supervising B2C-B2B sales.
• Proven track record of driving revenue.
• Experience in operations and strategy.
• Excellent coaching history.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team to achieve targets weekly/monthly/quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and keep CRM data up-to-date.
• Remove roadblocks and help the team pursue sales opportunities.
• Monitor call time, productivity, and conduct weekly coaching sessions.
• Analyze data and trends to develop strategic sales plays.
• Stay updated on market developments and client services trends.
• Escalate client issues promptly and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with Sales Director and clients to align strategy.
• Collaborate on reporting and forecasting with client contacts.
• Coordinate team incentives and sales performance funds.
• Build relationships with partners to meet customer expectations.
