Convergys in Bogotá is looking for a Trilingual Sales Development Specialist to drive B2B growth through proactive prospecting and cold calling. Ideal candidates will have at least 1.5 years of sales experience and excellent communication skills.

This role requires a strong ability to build relationships and manage high volumes of customer interactions. As part of the sales team, you'll provide sales forecasts and maintain CRM data to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Formación

• 1.5+ years of experience working in a sales environment.
• Strong experience in cold calling and lead prospecting.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
