PE-ENERGY in Cali, Colombia is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support managers and account managers in growing existing and new customers. You will handle cold calling, emailing, RFQs, and pre/post-sales support to drive growth.

You will manage customer tickets using Zendesk, coordinate with sales teams, and help ensure targets are met through effective communication and timely responses.

Formación

• Experience in sales support or B2B sales is preferred.
• Ability to handle outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Cold calling and emailing potential customers.
• Complete customer RFQ's.
• Provide B2B pre-sale and post-sales services to customers.
• Manage tickets and customer support using Zendesk.
