Job summary

Connext is seeking an Accounting Associate 2 to manage high-volume accounts payable processing using Bill.com, including coding to entities and cost centers, and routing for approvals. You will maintain documentation, validate invoices, and respond to vendor inquiries while ensuring accurate subledger reconciliation.

A strong Excel skill set and English communication are required. This role requires attention to detail, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to escalate issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with Bill.com including bill entry, coding, inbox management and approval routing.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, lookups, and PivotTables.
• Stable employment history.

Responsibilities

• Enter high volumes of vendor bills in Bill.com accurately.
• Code bills to the correct entity, department, and GL account.
• Attach complete supporting documentation to each bill.
• Verify bill totals, dates, terms, and remittance details.
• Identify and prevent duplicate bill entries.
• Route bills through approval workflows and monitor pending approvals.
• Maintain accurate bill records and reconcile vendor statements.
