GoGlobal is seeking an AMER Onboarding Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new clients across the Americas. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure a rapid value realization for clients.

Reporting to the Onboarding Lead, you will oversee data setup, ensure data accuracy, and deliver a structured handover to BAU operations while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or project management within a business services environment.
• Experience managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects across the Americas region.
• Develop onboarding plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Technology, Finance, and Customer Success throughout onboarding lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and achieve onboarding milestones.
