Launchpad Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead software delivery for international clients in a remote-first environment.

You will own projects end-to-end from kickoff to stabilization, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and maintaining clear client communication to ensure successful Go-Live. This role emphasizes strong leadership, English proficiency, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset to navigate complex deployments

Formación

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with software implementations.
• Ownership of projects across the implementation lifecycle from planning to Go-Live.
• Strong experience managing scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong customer-facing experience including status communication and escalations.
• Advanced English for leading meetings with international customers.

Responsabilidades

• Own software implementation projects from kickoff through Go-Live and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, and priorities.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers.
• Coordinate work across Functional/Technical Consultants, developers, QA, and partners.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and blockers, and communicate impacts.
• Lead customer status meetings and manage escalations.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders.
• Support handover after Go-Live and stabilization.
