FullStack is seeking a hands-on Delivery Manager to own enterprise application support for a global agricultural science client. The role spans L1/L2 teams, SLA governance, and client relationship management, with teams distributed between the United States and Colombia operating during US Eastern hours.

You will drive engagement strategy, staffing, and performance management, ensuring on-time delivery and value realization under a fixed-fee model.

Formación

• 8+ Years in Delivery Leadership, including managed services.
• Contractual SLA ownership with client contracts, targets and penalties.
• Experience with incident, problem, request, and change management in ITSM.
• Ability to run both ticket-driven operations and sprint-based enhancements.

Responsabilidades

• Own Engagement Vision, Strategy, and Operating Model across L1/L2 support.
• Manage SLA/KPI attainment and service delivery metrics with corrective action plans.
• Lead Major Incident and Escalation Command, RCA, and remediation commitments.
• Oversee staffing, shift coverage, and trade-offs across distributed US/LATAM teams.
• Own Engagement P&L and commercial governance, including scope changes.
• Run weekly client service reviews covering shipped work, risks, and invoicing.
