Huzzle is seeking a highly technical Automation Specialist to join a fast-paced marketing/growth agency. You will build systems to improve efficiency, reporting, campaign workflows, and internal processes using Make.com, Claude/Claude Code, APIs, webhooks, and AI-driven workflows.

You’ll work closely with growth marketers, media buyers, and operations to identify bottlenecks, ship practical automations, and document systems and SOPs.

Formación

• Experience as Automation Specialist in a marketing or growth context.
• Strong experience with Make.com and Claude / Claude Code.
• Ability to ship real-world automations with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integrations.
• Experience with marketing workflows and paid media environments.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with Looker Studio and marketing reporting systems.
• Basic Python or JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience integrating Shopify data and marketing systems.
• Excellent documentation and communication; teach workflows internally.
• Proactive mindset focused on operational efficiency and outcomes.
• Experience with GitHub, Shopify plugins/integrations, or Cursor is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deploy automations that improve marketing workflows.
• Create scalable systems using Make.com, Claude Code, APIs, webhooks, and AI workflows.
• Streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual work across paid media and reporting.
• Develop lightweight internal tools, dashboards, and workflow automations for the growth team.
• Integrate marketing and eCommerce platforms including Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, reporting systems, and internal databases.
• Improve campaign setup, reporting speed, and operational efficiency across the business.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Document systems, workflows, and SOPs to ensure smooth internal adoption.
• Train internal team members on newly implemented tools and AI workflows.
• Proactively recommend new automation tools, systems, and process improvements.
