Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in solutions, operations, data, vendor management, partnerships, or project coordination.
• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with external suppliers, vendors, and partners.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and requests simultaneously.
• Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Defined.ai's dataset portfolio and partner ecosystem.
• Research datasets aligning with customer requirements and evaluate by modality, language, geography, volume, and licensing.
• Recommend datasets to Presales and internal teams and identify alternatives when needed.
• Coordinate with Suppliers, Vendors, and Partnerships to gather information for opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier communications and opportunity details in the CRM.
• Support presales and solution development by documenting data and vendor capabilities.
