Job summary

SellCord, a Walmart-exclusive agency focused on helping sellers maximize success on the Walmart platform, seeks an AI Operations Specialist in Bogota, Colombia. You will design, build, and deploy internal AI-powered tools, integrate models with data, and ensure scalable workflows aligned with business needs.

You will lead adoption across teams, evaluate tools for security and cost, and train colleagues to use AI confidently, shaping the future of our AI-enabled operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience, preferably in tech or agency environments.
• Strong understanding of how tools impact user experience and business outcomes.
• Self-starter with strong communication; can take initiative without detailed direction.
• Curious and open-minded about AI; eager to explore new tools and ideas; no fixed stack required.
• Experience developing AI skills and AI agents, ideally using Claude.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship internal AI tools, agents, and automations.
• Integrate AI models and APIs with existing systems; document tools for reuse.
• Research emerging AI technologies and run quick experiments to guide adoption.
• Evaluate tools for cost, security, data privacy, and reliability before rollout.
• Lead implementation and adoption of AI tools across teams; track time saved and usage.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of AI opportunities; weigh effort against impact.
• Train the team to enable non-technical teammates to use AI confidently.
• Translate technical work for leadership and non-technical audiences.
