CI&T is seeking a talented Data & Analytics Manager to lead data-driven solutions for clients worldwide from Colombia. You will balance strategic management with hands-on delivery, guiding data initiatives from conception to impact.
You will lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, prioritize work, and ensure value-driven outcomes while mentoring talent and fostering growth within the team. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Formación
- Experience leading data teams for international clients.
- Ability to translate business needs into data products and roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Data Analysis: Provide data analysis that supports business and digital product growth through data visualization.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross‑functional teams to develop and deliver high‑quality data products and mentor team members.
- Task Prioritization: Define roadmap and balance stakeholder priorities to maximize value.
