WON seeks an AI Automation Engineer to design and implement scalable automation across GTM, delivery, and recruiting. You will build internal tooling, dashboards, and automation that reduces manual work while ensuring adoption by teams.

You will partner with the AI Practices Lead to translate priorities into production-ready systems, driving measurable improvements in efficiency and data-driven decision making in a nearshore environment.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience building automation and internal tooling in a production environment.
• Experience with dashboarding and reporting tooling.
• Ability to explain why a process is worth automating and justify the chosen solution.
• Ability to teach and document for non-engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the automation roadmap set by the AI Practices Lead and build scalable systems.
• Run agent pilots and delivery automation across GTM, delivery, and recruiting workflows.
• Develop internal communications and recruiting dashboards to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure adoption and effective handoff.
