AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services and automation workflows for a GTM data platform. You will develop REST APIs, webhook-based lead routing, and Salesforce integrations to support AI-assisted sales initiatives.

The role requires 4+ years of backend experience with Java or Python, and familiarity with CRM automation, agile delivery, and JIRA. You will work in a fully remote setting with a collaborative, fast-paced team.

• 4+ years backend engineering experience with Java or Python.
• REST API integration and webhook development.
• CRM automation and lead routing systems.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead assignment rules).
• Support AI SDR automation — including Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, webhook-based lead routing.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work within an agile sprint process with a JIRA-based backlog (GTMDR project).
