WON is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design and deploy scalable automation across internal teams, from go-to-market to delivery and recruiting. You will own the automation roadmap with the AI Practices Lead, delivering pilots that teams trust and rely on daily.

Responsibilities include building production-grade automations, dashboards, and reporting to inform decisions, plus driving adoption through clear documentation and hands-on training across the organization.

Formación

• Experience building automation and internal tooling in production environments.
• Ability to map information and workflows end-to-end across multiple teams.
• Strong storytelling to justify automations and document decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the automation roadmap set by the AI Practices Lead.
• Run agent pilots for go-to-market, sales, and project delivery workflows.
• Develop and deploy automation that tracks work status, timelines, and handoffs.
• Build internal communications systems to reduce coordination overhead.
• Create recruiting dashboards and streamline candidate communications.
