The Global Talent Co. is seeking a GTM Engineer / AI Engineer to own and scale an AI-powered growth engine. This role involves architecting GTM systems, leading the development of AI agents, and defining how AI is used in the customer lifecycle. A strong candidate will have proven experience in building impactful systems, a systems thinking approach, and familiarity with automation tools. This fully remote position offers competitive compensation, equity, and direct collaboration with company founders.
Formación
- Proven experience building systems that directly impacted growth or revenue.
- Strong systems thinker with an end-to-end mindset.
- Experience building workflows using APIs, automation tools, or light code.
Responsabilidades
- Architect and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product.
- Lead development of AI agents and workflows that automate key parts of the funnel.
- Define how AI is used across the entire customer lifecycle.
