Marsh Risk is seeking a US Affinity Supervisor to lead a back-office team handling policy servicing, certificate tracking, and payment follow-ups. You will drive accuracy, standardize documentation, and coach staff for consistent service across multiple account types.

You will monitor workload, ensure timely completions, and escalate issues when needed, while partnering with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and strong collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience, 3+ in insurance, financial, or professional services.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). CVs must be in English.
• Very good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise daily workflow across multiple queues.
• Prioritize and allocate work to balance workload and meet deadlines.
• Oversee account changes, certificate tracking, and renewals.
• Monitor payments follow-up and escalation as needed.
• Ensure accurate notes, tracker updates, and internal documentation.
• Review work for accuracy and adherence to service standards.
• Identify gaps and propose process improvements for efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure continuity.
• Track output, throughput, and turnaround times against goals.
