Marsh is seeking a diligent back-office professional to support high-volume policy servicing in a hybrid Bogotá-based role. The candidate will process quotes, bind policies, and maintain thorough account documentation while adhering to a 48-hour turnaround target.

The position emphasizes accuracy, multi-queue prioritization, and collaboration with Account Managers. Join the Affinity team to contribute to efficient processing, diary management, and process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quotes for new, win-back, and renewal DSP accounts within 48 hours.
• Bind AL, GL, and WC policies within 48-hour standards.
• Review and dock new business applications; create Velocity shell when needed.
• Review and dock win-back applications; set diary reminders for Account Managers.
• Record work, processing time, and volumes in trackers with detailed notes.
• Manage work across multiple queues while meeting quality and service expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Affinity team at Marsh. This role will be based in [location]. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Provides high-volume operational support for quoting, binding, and maintaining insurance policies across multiple account types. Ensures timely and accurate completion of back-office processing tasks, thorough documentation of work performed, and consistent tracking of requests to meet quality standards and turnaround expectations.

Responsibilities

• Process account maintenance requests, including address and name changes
• Prepare quotes for new business, win-back, and renewal DSP accounts, meeting a 48-hour turnaround target
• Bind AL, GL, and WC policies within established 48-hour turnaround standards
• Review and dock new business applications and create a Velocity shell when required
• Review and dock win-back applications and set diary reminders for Account Managers to complete processing
• Record completed work, processing time, and volumes in tracker systems while maintaining accurate and detailed account notes
• Manage work efficiently across multiple operational queues while meeting quality and service expectations
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Experience providing high-volume operational or back-office support in an insurance, brokerage, or similar environment
• Ability to manage multiple queues and prioritize work to consistently meet 48-hour turnaround expectations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, tracking, and account note maintenance
• Working knowledge of policy servicing processes (quoting, binding, and account maintenance)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience binding AL, GL, and WC policies
• Familiarity with Velocity workflows, docking applications, and diary management practices
• Experience supporting DSP new business, renewal, and win-back processes
