Job summary

Astria Learning is seeking an experienced Admissions Manager to lead a high-performing telesales and digital communications team across university partners. You will coach and align the team to achieve enrollment targets and optimize the admissions pipeline.

This strategic, hands-on role requires data-driven decision making, strong coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, CRM, and operations to deliver a positive student experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 3–5 years of telesales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• At least 2 years of experience managing or supervising a sales or admissions team.
• Strong persuasive communication via phone and messaging platforms.
• Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business, ManyChat, and CRM tools such as Zoho or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-conversion telesales strategies to meet enrollment targets across multiple institutional partners.
• Set team goals aligned with institutional standards and service expectations.
• Supervise and coach Admissions Counselors, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end lead handling across CRM platforms, WhatsApp Business, and ManyChat.
• Ensure timely outreach, proper documentation, and smooth admissions funnel progression.
• Manage workflows within ManyChat and WhatsApp Business; maintain on-brand messaging.
• Coordinate enrollment fee and deposit collection with finance and operations.
• Track admissions performance metrics and provide data-informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and support teams to align on lead quality and campaigns.
