Cloudstaff is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing and collections, ensuring timely payments and accurate records. The role supports the financial health of the company through effective receivables management.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of AR experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP. Collaboration with sales and customer service is key for success.

Qualificações

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and issue customer invoices in accordance with contract terms.
• Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up via email/phone.
• Post and apply customer payments to accounts and invoices.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
• Prepare aging reports, collection status updates, and cash flow forecasts.
• Maintain records of all communications and transactions with clients.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to address billing issues.
• Support audit requests related to AR.
