The candidate should have strong English, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting. This position operates in a climate-controlled office environment with occasional travel.

Formación

• Two years of experience in customer service or inside sales.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel; familiarity with operational systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.
• Cross selling capabilities.
• Customer oriented; follow-up on pending issues and orders.
• Able to effectively solve problems.
• English advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate between departments and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Support duties at the intersection of customer service, operations and sales.
• Promote volume growth and gross profit via cross-selling initiatives.
• Provide market and sales intelligence to target accounts.
• Acquire new import/export leads and related local services.
• Drive revenue through marketing campaigns and lead generation programs.
• Track and trace shipments and expedite issues with operations.
