AJC Group is seeking an Accounting Assistant in Medellín, Colombia. This role involves processing accounting tasks with precision, supporting vendor setups and payments. Ideal candidates should hold an associate degree and have at least two years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts receivable or accounts payable.

Formación

• Must have proven accounting experience of at least 2 years, preferably in AP/AR.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken is required.
• Eager attitude with flexibility to work under deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Assist AP department in setting up new vendors.
• Reconcile system integrations and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare daily ACHs, wires and check runs.
