AJC Logistics LLC in Medellín seeks an Accounting Assistant to process daily accounting tasks with accuracy. You will support vendor setup, payment processing, and routine reconciliations, ensuring timely weekly payments and accurate reporting.

The role requires English fluency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Excel is highly valued.

Formación

• Requires fluency in English (read, write, speak).
• Associate degree or higher in accounting or related field.
• Two+ years of proven accounting experience, preferably AP/AR.
• Advanced Excel skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the AP department in setting up new vendors in the system.
• Reconcile sub-system integrations periodically to ensure error-free transactions.
• Prepare daily ACHs, wires and check runs.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and take ownership of assigned activities.
• Assist the team with weekly and monthly reporting.
