Tambourine in Bogotá is seeking a bilingual Account Executive to join our Destinations team. The ideal candidate combines analytical, strategic thinking with flawless execution and strong communication skills.

You will manage client marketing programs, coordinate CMS updates, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality results on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as account executive in Advertising Agency, marketing 360 or tourism environment.
• Proficiency in English (B2+ - C1) required.
• Experience with Content Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all client-facing meetings, including reporting and media planning.
• Compile and organize data for client presentations.
• Work with staff and multiple client contacts to ensure superior quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment.
• Make all website updates in the Content Management System, including copy and image changes.
• Conduct quality assurance of client website functionality and all creative projects.
• Manage all Client projects, including but not limited to: web, print, and email marketing.
• Organize and prioritize tasks in accordance with available resources.
• Oversee tasks assigned to various departments.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

We are looking for a Bilingual Account Executive to join our Destinations team in Bogotá.

This person will be responsible for day to day management of marketing for the board of

tourisms and other clients.

What we need from you:

• 5+ year of experience as account executive in Advertising Agency, marketing 360 or tourism environment
• Proeficiency in English (B2+ - C1) (It’s a requirement)
• Experience with Content Management Systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in-person and remote
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve proactively
• Ability to work on teams as well as individually
• Ability to adhere to Project Deadlines
